The installation of carpentry structures represents the flagship of Tomasino Metalzinco s.r.l. as it boasts decades of qualified experience. Transport equipment, assembly teams, lifting gear and the adoption of appropriate safety devices are the basis for excellent assembly success.

On-site transport and installation takes place for prefabricated boxes directly mounted in tworkshop. They are loaded, transported and placed on customer's base.

The transportation phases involve the creation of identifiable flat packs as a semi-finished product by reserving the assembly activities (foundations, connections, etc.) at construction site. The modules are pre-assembled (base-head) already in the workshop reducing the transport spaces as they can be placed on each other.

Prefab buildings come to the construction site as veritable kit to be assembled, where assembly operations are the same or similar, avoiding as far as possible specific and particular solutions. In this way, employees are able to organize processes according to systematic phases with an optimization of production and timing.

Accessory items to prefabricated boxes are mounted directly on construction site and may include the installation of a double-roof, steel access stairs for duplex constructions. Everything is perfectly designed and studied according to customer’s needs.
